The Neighbors of Hope Women and Children’s Ministry Center at 504 East Pottawatamie Street in Tecumseh, Michigan is seeking to hire qualified, dedicated and caring women for the following open staff positions:
1 Full-Time Night Security House Manager
- Requires 4 shifts of 9:00 PM-7:00AM (combination of week days and every other weekend); $10.50/hour plus benefits;
- Summary: to assist in fulfilling the purpose/mission of NOH by serving with the compassion of Christ in meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our women and children;
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: monitoring security and safety systems, checking in new residents that arrive during shift, welcoming and supervising volunteers, participating in staff meetings, kitchen, household and leisure activity supervision, and all other duties assigned by the Ministry Center Director and /or Assistant Director;
- Qualifications: Behavior in word and deed that reflects integrity and commitment to a Christ-centered ministry, strict adherence to all confidentiality rules and policies, technology expertise, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, genuine desire to work collaboratively with residents, guests, coworkers, volunteers and the public, and an understanding and commitment to the responsibilities that come with being an ambassador and witness to the ministries of Neighbors of Hope;

1 Part-Time Night Resident and Facility Care Team Member
- 20-30 hours per week 9:00PM-7:00AM,includes every other weekend; $10.50/hour

4 Part-Time Resident and Facility Care Team Members
- 10-20 hours per week, includes weekend shifts; $10.50/hour
- Summary: to assist in fulfilling the purpose/mission of NOH by serving with the compassion of Christ in meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our women and children;
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administering all aspects of supervising residents such as conducting in-take, assigning beds, monitoring behavior, supervising work station assignments, assisting in facility responsibilities, etc., spiritually ministering to residents to encourage Christ-likeness in their attitudes and behaviors, interacting regularly with residents to ensure progress is being made and that personal and program goals are being met, welcoming and supervising the Neighbors of Hope volunteers serving at the Ministry Center, assisting in supervising young children being cared for in the “Son” Shine Room, monitoring security and safety systems, and all other duties assigned by the Ministry Center Director and /or Assistant Director;
